Job Description:
  • Responsible for achieving growth in sales targets set by the company for India region

Job Responsibilities:
  • To ensure timely Installation, Repairing, preventive maintenance of photocopier and color, printers have Production Printer MFDs experience as per the specific / defined need of the customer and order.
  • To control and monitor the consumption of spares parts, consumables like Drum, Fixing toner to achieve the gross margin target on monthly basis Achieve and maintain Response time, down time, first time fix, same day fix, Quality calls, Early call failure, Productivity, Gross margin customer feedback, billing revenue ,Contract Penetration Generate revenue through Consumables sales, TG, AMC, Contract Renewal, Spare parts sales Production printer knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting Maintenance of MFP / PP
  • Configuration of MFP to Local Area Network and Single PC. Troubleshooting LAN and Basic IT problem related for MFP / PP Demo of all Models of MFPs and color photocopiers.
  • Daily and Monthly production data for Field Repairable Unit (FRU) maintenance to be updated pertaining to FRU Operations.
  • Misc. duties like recovery on non-saleable machines/photocopiers.
  • Take the feedback from the client & takes advice from seniors for better output to keep the high reputation of the company.
  • Technically satisfy the client and co-operate with the seniors for the better results.
  • Adding new business to the exiting list of clientele.
  • Maintaining strong relationship with Customers, Dealers and ensuring their satisfaction also. Teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross functional team PM Planner, weekly report to TM Service call Report Monthly Reports

Role/Job Responsibilities
:
  • Responsible for delivering presentations to customers, partners and public audiences on Acronis technology and solutions for the assigned region.
  • Facilitate and manage customer evaluations and proof of concept activities for Acronis solutions.
  • Develop close relationships with the sales team in order to promote effective sales methodologies.
  • Position compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer`s business problems, over and above specific technical requirements and acting as technical advisor to the customer.
  • Produce written proposals and technical responses to RFI`s and RFP`s.
  • Conduct hands on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis solutions to customer/ channel partners.
  • Working with Acronis academy and delivering Acronis Certification courses to partners.
  • Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer and Acronis management.
  • Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within Acronis.
  • Maintain knowledge on major industry developments; be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.
  • Establish track record in infrastructure System/ Cloud Computing/ Backup Solutions.
Technical Knmowledge:
  • Good understanding of IT Storage software and computing architectures, including experience in storage infrastructure, networks, operating systems and applications.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry and the internet.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology and eco system.
  • Experience in virtualization/ cloud computing/ managed services
  • Good working knowledge of SAN/ NAS, Networking and Backup.
  • Strong knowledge of the storage and backup industry with the ability to evaluate the competitive strengths and weaknesses of products.
  • Backup and/ or Storage solution design experience.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper – V.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience as Pre Sales, supporting sales and designing customer solutions based around storage software, storage hardware and/ or backup software/ hardware.
  • Ability to take the lead and front project opportunities.
  • Knowledge/ experience on end to end solution matching.
  • Must be confident, assertive professional, capable of working independent but also within a team.
  • Must display effective management of time and resources with strong project management skills
  • Must be articulate,, persuasive, good listener, creative, intuitive with excellent oral and written ommunication, able to effectively discuss and negotiate around technical issues.

ROLE/Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling Acronis or any other backup solutions and managing regional distribution and channel partners.
  • Responsible for pursuing sales generating opportunities from existing or new customer accounts.
  • Prospecting, lead generation and customer interaction via telephone to sell and market Acronis products.
  • Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
